I'm a white collar professional that is liberal on social issues (including environmental protection) but libertarian on privacy and constitutional issues. (I call myself an NRA environmentalist.)
I'm a firm believer in Peak Oil and I am working on my preparations for the end of civilization as we know it.
I just wanted to say that in light of the stock market crash of 2008, I am so glad that I have invested my retirement funds like I knew about Peak Oil. I lost money, but certainly didn't lose like the average shmoe who doesn't have a clue.
